		<description>Because of their nature, GFE&#039;s can leave a lot to be desired if the opposite party doesn&#039;t hold up their end of the bargain. And when that $200 bucks meant you chose him over the other guy, it stings even more. However, start off on a good foot by completely understanding your GFE. I found a great GFE interpreting guide at http://www.vamortgagecenter.com/good-faith-estimate.html that might help someone out. Just beware, and don&#039;t pinch them pennies too hard, you might be setting yourself up for a disappointment in the end.</description>
