Looks like this one is gone for a while – I reached out to Chase and got this reply:

“I apologize that the promotion is no longer available
online. However, the promotions come and go, but another
promotion will be presented soon. Your other option is to
contact the small business department or to visit a branch
and you may inquire about the program or ask if they can
match it.”

I don’t know how much leeway they have at the branch, but I do know that Chase has been aggressive in pursuing business accounts, especially if you will also bring your personal account with you. Make sure you sign up for email alerts so you will know when this, or a similar promo comes back,
