The $20 bonus for enrolling is another way Chase is welcoming its WaMu customers in California, and nationwide.

To sign up for this promotion, you must visit the Chase promotional web site to enroll:

• Enroll your Chase or WaMu Debit Card in this promotion.
• Then contact your qualifying service providers (Telephone, Cable/Satellite TV, Insurance and Utilities) to sign up for automatic bill payments with your Chase Debit Card by September 30, 2009.
• Get up to $20 deposited to your Chase account – you get $10 for setting up one bill and $20 for two.

WARNING: In researching this offer, I found a scam site that uses a similar URL – fortunately my virus detection software discovered it.  Make sure you are on the Chase domain before enrolling.
