Thanks for this website…but please mention that HomeStreet is only for Portland/Oregon residents. I wasted a lot of my time only to finally realize it in the end.

Actually – HomeStreet Bank serves residents in Washington (along the I-5 corridor from Marysville to Vancouver), Oregon (Tigard and Portland) and Hawaii (Honolulu, Pearl City and Hilo), not just Oregon.

We’ve also extended that $50 “Refer-A-Friend” offer, it’s still being offered at a $50 reward.
